2. Data collected
We collect only the data needed to process your purchase and deliver the material: name, email address, and billing information. Payment details are processed directly by the payment platform; we do not have access to card numbers.

We use the data to: (a) fulfill the purchase agreement and deliver the product; (b) provide support; (c) comply with legal and tax obligations; and (d), with your consent, send promotional communications about similar materials.
4. Promotional emails and unsubscribing
You can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time, free of charge, in two ways: click the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email we send you, or email support@connect-in.online with the subject line “Unsubscribe.” Your request will be processed within 48 hours. Essential emails related to your purchase (access, invoices, and support) will continue to be sent.

We share data only with service providers necessary for our operations: the payment platform and authorized reseller, email delivery service, and website hosting provider. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
