60-day guarantee

All purchases include an unconditional 60-day guarantee starting on the payment date. If you are not satisfied with the material for any reason, we will refund 100% of the amount paid, with no questions asked and no hassle.

How to request a refund

1. Email support@connect-in.online within 60 days of your purchase.
2. Include the email address used for the purchase and your order number.
3. You may also request a refund directly from the payment platform where your purchase was processed.

Refund processing times

The request is processed within 5 business days of receipt. The amount is returned through the same payment method used for the purchase; posting time depends on the bank or card issuer (normally 5 to 14 business days).

After the refund

After a refund, access to the digital material is canceled and the license to use it ends, so any downloaded content must be deleted.
